Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that you have carefully read and understood the T&C applied before placing any orders to guarantee smoother transactions.
1. .layer. goes by “First comes First” SERIOUS BUYERS basis. Buyers who can make immediate payment are given top priority.
2. Once sold, .layer. will not attend to any refunds or exchange of items bought. Back out buyer will be BLACKLISTED.
3. NO reservations allowed. Items will be sold to buyer who makes payment FIRST.
4. All items are 100% brand new and in excellent condition unless otherwise stated.
5. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
6. All accessories worn are not included in purchase unless otherwise stated.
7. COLOR: Due to the surrounding lighting and the different settings of monitors, colour of the real item may vary slightly from the photos on the website.
8. SIZE: All items are free size unless otherwise stated.
9. .layer. advices you to wash new dark and bright coloured clothes separately.

11. Shipping costs are to be borne by buyers and the costs are as follow:-

1-2 items: RM 6 (W. Malaysia)
RM 8 (E. Malaysia)
3-4 items: RM 8 (W. Malaysia)
RM 10 (E. Malaysia)
5-6 items: RM 10 (W. Malaysia)
RM 12 (E. Malaysia)
12. We will not be responsible and/ or held liable to any items posted that are lost in the mail.

How to order:
1. No dead buyers! Kindly fill in .tuija. order form below to place your orders. You can also email us at layer.tuija@gmail.com under the Subject Title: Order; to place your orders, or Enquiry if you are unsure of the order or just want to make enquiries about it.
2. Once your email is received, we will send you a confirmation email along with the MAYBANK account number for payment. Do reply to the confirmation email as soon as possible.
3. Bank in or transfer the payment to the MAYBANK account number given to you in the confirmation email within 48 hours upon confirmation.
4. Kindly notify us as soon as you have made payment and do keep the bank-in slip as proof of payment.
